Manan Mehta is the Chief Executive Officer of Ovvi. Manan is a serial entrepreneur with successfully launching, operating & selling multiple companies in the prepaid wireless technology, bill payments & merchant processing space. He developed multiple companies in the merchant processing industry which eventually led him to the creation and expansion of the Ovvi organization. As Ovvi’s Chief Executive Officer, Manan acts as leadership for all departments and overseas complete operations of Ovvi from product & software development to maintenance and new business partnerships.
Joshua Harste leads the sales organization as the Vice President of Business Development. At Ovvi, the sales team is designed to be the soul of our organization. As the leader of this team, Joshua is tasked to seek out and train top talent. Joshua believes the best-trained team wins. His philosophies and tactics have served Ovvi well as his team expands rapidly Nationwide. He has extensive experience in hyper growth businesses and offers a deep background in POS sales, operations and marketplace development.
Kyle Rose serves as Ovvi’s Operation Manager. Kyle’s professional background includes over 20 years of managing operations in a variety of different industries ranging from transportation to logistics. His role Ovvi includes creating efficient processes and procedures to ensure a consistently improving customer experience. Kyle oversees the entire operations department and works hand and hand with Ovvi’s CEO.
As Ovvi’s Human Resources Manager, Katie Starosta leads all personnel and culture ventures at Ovvi. With almost a decade of human resource experience, Katie brings a penchant for business expansion and employee relations to the Ovvi team. As a SHRM-CP certified Human Resources professional, she comes with a vast knowledge of HR competencies and effective people management. For Katie, engaging with people both fulfills and inspires her to achieve greater heights in Ovvi’s organizational goals. Katie is a graduate of Texas A&M University for her Bachelors of Science and Master’s of Business Administration degrees.
Adam Aitouslimane serves as Ovvi’s Channel Partner Manager. His expertise and care for our reseller channel is highly valued at Ovvi. Adam finds passion in assisting Ovvi’s ISO channel as well as growing the organizations network. Adam is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
As Warehouse & Shipping Manger, Tu Ngo is a crucial part of the Ovvi organization. As a recent Computer Information Systems graduate from the University of Houston, Tu brings experience in technical support, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a variety of SaaS and IT software and solutions. Tu’s kind and positive attitude resonates well with professionals and clients. He brings innovation to the workplace with his deep drive for analyzing quality as well as process management. Tu’s goal is to always be improving processes to bring the best possible experience to all current and future Ovvi customers.
Debora Amaya acts as the Account Manager for the Ovvi organization. Heads of the merchant processing side of the organization, Debora has been with the Ovvi for the past decade. She provides Ovvi expert advising in the merchant processing space.
Elizabeth Martell is Ovvi’s Accounting Assistant and Assistant to CEO, Manan Mehta. With her extensive background in accounting, Elizabeth leads the finance department. She works closely with senior leadership in all accounting facets. With a Bachelor’s in English from University of North Carolina Wilmington, Elizabeth comes well versed and outspoken. She is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.
Preeti Nayyar serves as Ovvi’s most senior Sales Support Specialist. Preeti’s professional background includes a variety of different industries which has equipped her with a diverse operational background. Her expertise is highly valued at Ovvi, as she brings a wide knowledge to our operations team. She enjoys helping others solve problems and strive to deliver the best service to Ovvi’s clients. Preeti is a graduate of the University of Houston.
Karla Nacionales acts as a Sales Support Specialist at Ovvi. As a key part of the merchant processing and reseller side of the organization, Karla’s goal is to bring the best possible customer experience to all current and future Ovvi users. She comes with a background in hospitality and sales that has proven to provide real value to the Ovvi Operations and Sales team. Karla is a graduate of the University of Houston.
As an experienced marketing professional with over six years of formulating and implementing effective product and marketing design in startup environments, Meg serves as Ovvi’s Sales Support and Marketing Specialist. She has passion for creating creative solutions to grow companies, brand awareness, media relations and digital marketing. Meg is an enthusiastic team member committed to problem solving, efficiency which add extreme value to Ovvi’s operation team. Photography, videography, web programming, design and journalism are other interest I enjoy exploring.
Masaki Isago is Ovvi’s Lead Technical Support Specialist. As one of Ovvi’s most seniored support technicians, Masaki’s strengths lie in his passion for cultivating technological knowledges. As a recent graduate of the University of Houston, Masaki’s role within Ovvi utilizes his software expertise, excellent customer service and training skills. Head of the training, he shapes new technical support specialists into top tier customer service specialist our customers are promised.
Senior Technical Support Specialist Joshua Chan has a demonstrated history of working in the technical industry. Joshua shines in customer support always providing our customers with efficient and friendly support. Joshua is a strong technical professional with a Bachelor of Science focused in Computer Information Systems from University of Houston.
Nakita Tibbits is the newest addition to the Senior Technical Support Specialist team. Originally from Washington, Nakita relocated to Texas to expand her information technology career. She has a demonstrated history of excellent customer service and natural leadership skills. As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, Nakita provides our customers with excellent technical support as well as assists in the training of junior staff. Nakita earned a Bachelor’s of Applied Science focused in Cyber Security from Spokane Falls Community College.
As Ovvi’s Technical Support Installation and Training Specialist, Hamza Quershi oversees every client’s onboarding. From the menu build, installation of the technology, to the training of a client’s management and staff, Hamza is involved throughout the entire process. Hamza ensures customer satisfaction by streamlining Ovvi’s I&Ts according to his expertise. Hamza is an experienced technical support specialist with a demonstrated history of working in a customer service support team. He is a strong information technology professional which a Bachelors of Information Technology degree from the University of Houston.
Sarah Alexander brings a plethora of IT understanding to Ovvi’s technical operations with her vast experience in the fields of Computer Systems and Networks, IT asset management, Procurement and Lifecycle development, Cloud computing and applications, Software and Hardware. With two Masters degrees in Systems Engineering and CIS, both from the University of Houston, Sarah uses her impressive IT education and experience to produce operative operations in the Ovvi technical department.
