We are looking for a Client Retention Specialist to manage the execution of multi-channel engagement and retention campaigns. You will focus on our customer retention while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The incumbent will be tasked to identify digital opportunities to engage our customers to increase loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a book of accounts, optimizing the client experience and maximizing their retention rate
  • Recommend new solutions to our clients and must possess impeccable communication skills
  • Quickly gain knowledge of Ovvi product offerings
  • Partner with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure a satisfactory customer experience
  • Lead problem resolution within established guidelines by effectively communicating with other departments and the customer
  • Managing customer reviews
  • Assist in maintaining loyalty program
  • Collaborate with digital team to optimize loyalty program
  • Engage with clients on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in working closely with customers to identify the root cause of their issues and do what is possible, within the given guidelines, to resolve and retain customers
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple customer accounts
  • Ability to partner, influence and negotiate
  • Build internal/external relationships through exceptional problem-solving skills and consistent follow through
  • Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office and CRM software
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • General business acumen and ability to quickly understand Ovvi’s solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to partner, influence and negotiate
  • Experience in Customer Service
